Mandatory Accommodation Taxes are collected by the property directly from the clients as below:
JPY 200/- per person per day for Four-star hotels or above
JPY 100/- per person per day for Three-star hotels or below
The check-in time for hotels in Japan is 15:00 hours & check-out until 10:00 hours
Hotel rooms are relatively small in Japan. Below is the reference for hotel rooms in different categories of hotels:
3-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 10~14 Sq mtrs
4-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 15~20 sq mtrs
5-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 20~30 sq mtrs
The Itinerary can be rescheduled by our local operator for smooth execution
The itinerary can be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather/ heavy traffic conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases

Transport

To and fro Airport drops in the AC vehicle as per itinerary only.
Vehicle will be allotted depending upon the group size E.G. 2-3 Sedan, 4-6 SUV and 7-10 Tempo travellers or similar.
